I didn t confirm my name, but I did say that our number is ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and that he shouldn t be calling. He said that our number would be removed from their lists. I terminated the call by stating that I would report it to the Information Commissioner. By other comments on various forums, definitely untrustworthy.

Do not answer this firms survey questions. They pass on personal information to many many companies trying to sell you things. I refused after I did the survey to let them pass my details on, they still did. They are very abusive if you question them. I m TPS registered and told them this- they laughed. I asked them to take my details off of their database, he said we ve never called you before- liars!! Now because I refuse to answer take the survey, they call back everyday and get ruder and ruder. I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!!
