Just received a call from this number: 08435600010. The company is called B&H finacial services. They tried to sell some PPIs.

A well spoken English accent for a change from the usual child caller. They at least had the business owners name for a change but the usual failure to state their name or purpose was present, my suggestion that the owner had gone to Tunisia for the summer will, no doubt, fail to put them off their mission of calling every day for the foreseeable future.

Automated call about mis-sold packaged bank accounts . Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. These people repeatedly call phishing for information stating that they are calling about a car accident. Maybe some poor souls they call talk about an accident they may/ may not have had and pass on personal details. It appears to be a scam and the only way to avoid them calling is to block their number. They called my number >10 times over past 6 months and have never taken it off their system. FYI I was never in a car accident.

This was the TV licencing debt collecting agency, Akinika. Agressive calling. My mobile rang straight after the land line call which I didn t answer. I blocked them on my mobile, but I don t have that facility on my DECT phone. I didn t answer. I m skint over Christmas lol, and intend to pay up on the 8th Jan when I get paid. I owe them ?29.10. Surprised they sent it to a debit collection agency. I had got a letter on xmas eve from the company. Thanks for that, ;-)
