Same message as from other numbers regarding boiler improvement scheme, choice of number to talk, another to be removed from the "database", which I suspect consists of a phone book, which gets ignored anyway. Report them to the ICO. If the ICO get enough reports, they might do something useful.
Automat Rings, doesn't say anything on answering, just disconnects. Obviously trying to get me to ring it back, but it just gets blocked.
