I was called by this number yesterday, Thursday 28th July 2016 at 11.46. No idea who it is, the calls are screened and no message was left.

I get the same message every Tuesday about my payment not going through but seems odd that it doesn’t even attempt to say who the payment should be going to -
I think this is a loft insulation scam (poor phone line). Female, ?middle-aged? voice, southern accent. Mentioned British Lung Foundation, Perhaps said that some loft insulation is [harmful]. I just repeated that I can't afford it ; caller talked over me then terminated the call.........
Called to tell me I had been involved in an accident and it wasn t my fault.I asked where they got my number from.I was told the health and safety department had informed them of all the details and yet they had no idea who I was and where I lived!
