SCAM I believe the number to be a scam. Apparently from EE offering to halve my bill because I'm a good payer.

Uses illegally supplied/trawled contact details in breach of GDPR to call you about some trading platform or other. AVOID THIS ILLEGAL OPERATOR!
Didn't recognise the number, left it for about 7 rings, then answered and it cut off with the disconnected tone. Highly suspicious.

Called me about a road traffic accident. Claimed to be from my insurer but it was clear they have purchased data leaked by my insurer. They hung up when I mentioned I will report them to the ICO.
2 phone calls answer and no body there. Annoying.
