so angry, now had 5 calls from this number, and can t call it back, nobody speaks. Rang us at 11.15pm and again between 1 and 2am last night. registered with TPS but they can t stop it and BT can t help unless we pay for a blocker and different phones. So wrong these companies can do this to the public, also scary when phone rings in the middle of the night

this sequence of apparently central London numbers has never been issued for use, so it's a SCAM, invariably based abroad so there's nothing TPS, being ex-D or Ofcom can do about it. It's a FAKE number so cannot be called back. Don't waste time blocking, as number continually changes last 4-digits. Just ignore.
