Silent call: When I answered the phone, the person was silent, and they ended the call.
Hung up when I asked them to repeat the company name they were from, and still couldn't catch it after a second repeat.

This was a call from the Halifax Bank, I have recently made an appointment to discuss an issue regarding one of their services.
I could not be more impressed. The gentleman from Wizard James managed to recover my doge wallet in 3-4 days while it was still worth anything and made me $6000. I can not possibly recommend him enough. He could have taken everything, I gave him my entire wallet, but he did exactly what he said he would.
