Scamming liars. Put the phone down immediately. If they call back, phone 101 and report them to the Police for harassment.
Scammers. Sounds like an automated message trying to record your voice. Tell them to go far away.
I believe this to be a banking scam as the automated called said they were from Bank Security - but no bank name given. They told me that a charge for £700 had been made by Amazon (I no longer have an account there) and an international charge of £2,000. I was asked to press a number to speak to security!!!
Was told they do pension reviews and also told on three occasions the company is government backed . That was a complete lie . The have no connection whatsoever . They hung up

Had a call off this number answers n a woman asked to speak to my partner as I repeated his name she hung up. Had another call but was too busy to answer. I ll just play them at their own game had theses types of call many times n they get fed up with me before I get fed up with them.
