SCAM / SPAM inland revenue scam
The caller said she is calling to remind me to book an MOT at Eastbourne Ford. When I said, I have already done and asked her to confirm it., Then she said she has no access to the database and asked me to confirm my email and car registration to confirm it from them. Ford always calls for MOT and services from their centre, and this is not their number which is suspicious.
Claims to be associated with Royal Mail requiring an excess charge of £1.99 to deliver parcel. Anti virus says dangersous despite https url start, probably a scam.

Keep calling but never leave a message on answerphone as they don't know who they want to contact. Suspect a phishing attempt!
