capquest rang saturday morn 9:15 and off another number with the same code on monday, i haven?t even had a letter or email to tell me about my complaint case being passed to them instead of dealt with as expected.

Called me at 6pm but I didn t answer as it was a number unknown to me. They then texted me to say "I m on my way". This is a London number & I live in Leeds! What s that all about? These persons should be strung up!
