Another unsolicited waste of time and money call
SCAM recorded voice saying my debit card has been charged £799 on amazon and to press 1 for assistance - I do not use the type of card the voice said it was!

This belongs to Vanquis bank
SCAM. Claiming to be from Virgin Media. Wanted access to my computer, to check my router. They did have my name and customer ID. I contacted virgin media, who informed me that they do not make such phone calls, unless we, the customer, requests it.
