Phoned said my name then said its your bank we need to veryfi unusual activity on your bank account, give me your full name, address date of birth. I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.
No idea who it is - keeps calling and then I answered and then they hung up
Automated message about tax avoidance and an impending issue of a warrant for my arrest! Absolute tosh. I'm an accountant so I know I am not avoiding tax and have no overdue returns. This kind of threatening message will no doubt catch out many of the less clued up and will scare some people rigid! Appalling!
