yesterday reported that told them to take us off their list. today had another 3 calls,asked to speak to their manager, whosounded exactlylike the first caller, said if we answered their questions then we could be taken of the list as it would take a while to find us to delete us. Again told them we don t do surveys!!so why would we do it. see what happens later tonight, got whistle ready

On clicking the link the receiver is met with a convincing website that looks almost identical to the Hermes official site where it asks for bank details to make payment for the £1.45 redelivery charge.
