Told me that I was due money from UK banks because of the UK High Court ruling saying that banks had to refund bank charges. He said his company which was part of the government (he clearly had a foreign accent)would see that the money was refunded to me. When I grilled him asking why he wouldn t send something in writing, why did he need my date of birth (he said for security reasons - I said that he called ME and I wasn t giving that info out, what was his phone number and address, etc., he came up with
