They phoned me at 7.00am - it woke me up. The only person who calls me on my home phone is my brother, and at that time in the morning I thought he may be in trouble (ie fallen, ill ). I raced down stairs - half awake - and could of had an accident myself. I don't know what they wanted because as soon as I realised it was a nuisance call I just gave a full abusive response.

Typical of the underhand tactic increasingly used by unscrupulous companies seeking to extract money using threats. Do NOT go through security with them or give them any personal information under any circumstances.
