Scam call, lie upon the reason for calling- i.e. "Consumer Services" and you complained about blah blah blah (I haven t). Want to confirm the details that they have of you, like postcode and obtain other details about you. All leading up to scam. Don t pick up or hang up. Do not confirm anything with them!
