Human, initially convincing. Knew my name, made up very specific case details incl. reg number of car apparently involved - unable to name my car, ensurer, or correct claim details. Very persistent when I said I was reluctant to talk.. until I said I would ring my insurance company then came off the phone straight away . Insurance company confirmed this was a scam.

Charged for 3 calls at £30 each! SKY rang the no and said it was HMRC charging at £3.82 per minute £90 odd!!! Where do I go from here?
