Actually is Orange. It s a regrade team assigned to get broadband customers to sign up for line rental too. Just people trying to make a living. They re calling hours are 11-8 it s on a dialler so if you re getting blank voice mail messages it s because they can t hang up quick enough. And in regards to TPS if you re a customer of orange or your number is associated with their accounts they can ring you and there is not a lot you can do about it. They re actually the people who answer your customer service
Rang today (09/11/15), but I didn't pick up. It's missing a number for it to be a UK landline, which lead me to believe it's a spoof/redirected Skype call. Answer...
