Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! SCAM, York number pretending to be bank security and asking you to press 1 to go to customer service, I got exactly the same message from a Norway number about an hour and a half later, message immertates bt text but comes up as a number. Do not pick up, Norway number was 004721956764

Claiming to be O2 and needs my one-time code sent by O2-UK to see if I am eligible for 40% off. O2 would not call me at 9:54 in the morning and send me messages to operate on a eligibility check on the spot, like dude, this is quite obvious scam, no?

this number called me at 16.54pm on my mobile, lovely indian girl called laura couldnt get out what she was saying for laughing, i then said to her to behave herself, she then hung up the phone, suspisiously not even 30secs later this number phoned 02081234648 twice within seconds of each other, but luckly my mobile blocked the second number as suspected spam, think both numbers are linked

Guy with foreign accent talking about having to change my meter!! Had an agressive tone when questioned about exactly who he represented. Beware, this is some kind of fraud or scam.

It asked me to click 1 to cancel these transactions or 2 to speak to an adviser. I am aware my bank will not call me with an automated message of such nature - please be aware !!

this was a recorded message purporting to be from HMRC. It stated that a letter had been returned to them and they were going to commence legal action. It asked me to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I hung up!

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Claim to be someone from FCA said I have deposit due to be refund. Fraud, be aware.

POSSIBLE SCAM A female caller "Jess" said she was from Solar Energy Advice Ltd , offering reduced cost equipment in return for using it in a promotion. I asked if she had heard of the TPS, and her silence indicated she had not. I told her that unsolicited calls to a TPS registered number, without checking the TPS list, could mean a £5000 fine for her company. Then I hung up. A Google search for the company name shows NO company with that name appears to exist in the UK.

This number has been trying to make a dwp application for a budgeting loan without my consent I clocked it on my Google history page hope you can help many thanks, my phone rang at 9pm last night and a Jamaican woman said to me I am returning your missed calls I said to her I havnt made any calls and put phone down and started checking everything then I noticed the dwp thing on history page
