SCAM answered the number and it was automated answer saying than my national number has been reperted as having criminal activity. as I heard I just hang up and blocked it.

Called back and responded to by auto response - doesn’t tell you who operates the line and says one of our ‘Executives’ will be with you shortly, then puts you on endless hold. If not spam it certainly gives that impression.
Threatening call from a recorded message saying they were HMRC and I would be arrested if I didn't push 1 and respond to the call.

Possible scam, they said they were from Amazon customer services and I'm an Amazon prime customer and pay x amount, when I queried why they were calling rather than through email or app they immediately hung up. Having seen fraud warnings around Amazon prime calls this could be connected to scam/fraud
