SCAM: Third identical call today. Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. My internet & line will be disconnected. Press 1 to speak to an ‘executive’ to rectify this.

Keeps calling me about a rta I have repeatedly asked them not to call me. When I point out they shouldn’t be cold calling they hang up abruptly.

SPAM. The caller pretended to be from BT. She, Helen, stated that their records showed that my Internet Speed was worryingly slow. I said that a previous caller from her office named David had called earlier saying he was from Sky, but terminated the call when I asked for his contact number, Helen did the same. Can't think why!
