Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". So if that s the effort and expense they re prepared to invest into making their first impression, imagine how diligent their customer service must be. Enough said.

Woman called advising she was calling from Wessex Water and would like to carry out a recorded customer survey. Upon more pressing she advised that she was actually a third party who had found our company information online (she asked for our company secretary who has no dealings with our utility services, so clearly went onto Companies House and sourced the information from there).

Put the phone down after a few seconds of me answering ... could hear background chatter. I just answered hello and did not confirm my phone number ... but I got no direct response. I am on TPS, so do not appreciate the call

I have had three calls with the same recorded message saying my internet will be disconnected in 24 hours due to "illegal activity", all from different numbers, the latest being 01510842219. Earlier calls were from 01926114260 and 01316379626. Obviously a scam.
