Received this number on letter from The Post Office about having to change account to another account to receive pension etc. I didn't trust it, so found out the proper phone number for the PO and called them to check. This number is legitimate for this purpose and the weird Freepost address on the envelope also correct.

Had about 10 calls over the past few days finally answered.. O2 who I'm not even with
Girl called "Alana" phoned and immediately gave number of 0333577199 ext 842 saying she was from PC Protection and asking if we were on the internet. Then says we had direct debit with them for £10 a month and we were paying too much and she can reduce it to £7. Started to ask for sort code and when not given her supervisor "Alan" came on and asked for sort code saying she was in training at which point we put the phone down. They phoned back a minute later from 0203 011 0125 but we did not answer. Clearly
