Asked if I was the homeowner and the caller said he was from a recycling company. I told them they calling a factory and they hung up very rude

Asian sounding man said he was from BT Technical department calling about my internet. I am not with BT. I said 'no you're not, and hung up.

no message left, obviously didn't realise they were still on the line. voices in the background sounded like they had an Indian accent and I could not understand the language they were talking in. Obviously power dialling as my telephone provider uses UK call centres. As to motive? don't know but should not be cold calling my number
Silent call saying nothing I get at least 3 of these a day reported and blocked but still getting them on 3 different numbers all the same saying nothing .one was from India ...
