Rang this morning, shortish ring. Comes up as International, with the number given. I don t answer any of these unknown calls as I get about 3-4 a day from different "international" numbers. Maybe we should all write to our MPs as something really ought to be done to stop them. I m also on TPS too! Makes me want to give up having a landline altogether!
SCAM
SCAM / SPAM from gumtree trying to buy item and adding £350 for delivery and expecting me to pay it. Claiming the total including delivery will be paid into my PayPal, reported to action fraud and gumtree.

scam avoid accident rubish
Number came up on my phone as "Jack the box" (not promising, but also means they've listed themselves as a company I believe). Offering a competitive rate on my bushes electricity. I didn't believe him but told him he could email me the offer and I'd review it. He called back briefly afterwards to ask my name (which he spelt so wrong that I didn't correct it!) I told him I didn't want my email to be sold to anyone or that I didn't want to recieve 3rd party emails No email arrived
