Rang this morning at 9.12am and said they were Utilia (or similar) ringing about my gas and electric supply and smart meters. Said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, they've now rung a further 4 times at 13.17, 14.07,14.43 and 16.53. I haven't answered these later calls and consider them to be bordering on harassment.
