Called twice by this number asking me to re-set router settings. Pretended to be BT and Open Reach. Good idea to check caller s number and then Google it!

Claiming to be from a cyber crime investigating team who wished to show me an account set up in my name and is currently been used to open accounts. They asked me to use a screen sharing app so they could show me in detail. When I refused to allow the screens sharing app with them they became irate with me and put the phone down. The accent was the same as the company who defrauded me (Canadian) but using an English phone number. This is a scam within a scam so be careful
