I had to ask for the company name, because he kept saying HMRC, and they were working for HMRC to do with R&D laws. then went on to describe funding for research and development. Asked if I had launched any new products in the last 2-5 years, I said no, he said so you don't invest in your business?..... Hmm, I explained we weren't that sort of business. He said ok, and ended the call. All very polite but I felt the call was misleading, and

They are Accident Claim Experts and called about an accident that I had supposedly had in Bristol. I hadn't been in an accident and asked them to take me off their list of people to contact. THey ignored my request and just kept trying to find out who had the accident and finding the error that had led to my number coming up. Conversation ended badly......definitely a nuisance though!
