This is a marketing caller, not sure what there selling.
SCAM message says it's from the HMRC about being unable to process your tax return. The HMRC do not text people! It's a SCAM

SCAM - supposedly from carphone warehouse asking about phone upgrades. told him i was 12 and he then proceeded to be highly inappropriate saying ‘my voice is so sexy and beautiful’ and asking if i’m married or single and if i would like to marry him.
SCAM Call from this number said she was from Carphone Warehouse. Asked why she was calling, some rubbish about a deal on a new phone. When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. Told her to F O and hung up. When looking the number up it appears genuine, so probably spoofed

Called me today on my mobile stating to Microsoft and I had activity on my computer, was I sat at my computer? When I asked what was my licence number they hung up, do not take these calls as they will ask you to down load software to try and get your files/bank details.
Called all day, disrupting work and client not being able to get through, they never leave a message, bloody well fine then, can I sue for my wasted time
