Called me today. They knew my full name and postcode (very old one as I don't live there for 4 years now). She said they were calling about bank charges refund. I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born. A fake tracking number was sent to me. I have sent dozens of messages/e-mails and still no reply although new content is loaded daily to Facebook page and all negative reviews/posts deleted from page instantly.
