Proclaimed he was calling from Vodafone (not on behalf of , thus immediately committing fraud by not identifying as a third party reseller), that I was eligible to upgrade (I m not), and proceeded to try and convince me to upgrade through him (I didn t).
I did not answer as not a number I recognised.
