This is an automated voice recording claiming that I am about to be investigated for tax fraud and to press 1 to stop this process. Will report to HMRC

Scammer, scammed me for £3500
Caller called at 8:30am claiming to be from BT. Wanted to know how many devices we had connected to the internet. He talked of foreign fraudsters attacking our internet and how he would sort it out. My husband said he didn’t want to speak to him and he hung up. Same caller rang again in seconds, possibly from a different number and was persistent. My husband hung up. Another call in seconds from this number, different to the second and first. I told him to stop calling or I would call the police.
