Has phoned everyday since last Thursday, tryed to ring back back to see who it was and didn't connect.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. They called and closed the call. I have tried the call back 8 times and there is a brief untintelligible message of which only "Sir" can be understood and the answering machine starts... I think must be those useless piece of shit of "Perfect Benefit" but I hope I am wrong...

I had a call today tried to call back but phone line not in service?

Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.

If you've used a market comparison website for health insurance these people will ring you many times. They are helpful but very persistent.
