Said they were calling from my bank due to an overpayment of an insurance policy..told them it was not possible as I had no policy with bank they were quite pushy so told them they have my details send me a cheque!

Fraud /Scam which states there is an arrest warrant out for tax fraud by receiver. Presume if you do as told and press further buttons they will defraud you.

Repeated calls over a number of days. Finally answered yesterday and he wanted to know if I d worked in a loud noise environment. I said no and put the phone down.
SCAM said they were from bt open reach and my Internet was intermittent and a load of viruses had been downloaded onto it. Never recieved a text from bt to say they were calling
