Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. SCAM / SPAM Called me as an insurance company, and told me they were told I was involved in a car accident and they would like to get my details. The problem is that I don't have a car, and I am not driving xD When I told her that, she was very adamant that she needs to get my details because I was in a car accident. Be careful with them.

had about 24 calls from this company this month so far and every 1 hangs up as soon as I answer.
Silent call
Several calls (recorded voice)claiming that HMRC are pursuing a law suit under my name. "Press 1 to speak to an advisor" Haven t done so in case premium rate number.
SCAM / SPAM 0203 9652204 I didn't answer the call but got an automated (female) voice message saying it was Dennis Grey? from HMRC, a time-sensitive issue and if I didn't call back right away I would need a solicitor.

Fraud. Automated call about national insurance issue.
Allegedly it was BT. I Picked up the phone, it was an automated message saying that I'd missed a call from BT!! And that I needed to press a button otherwise I'll be disconnected because there'd been suspicious activity at this IP address!! I hung up
It's a recorded message from a PPI company "dear customer, we having been trying to contact you about your PPI claim.."
