says they are virgin media, calling from an overseas call centre it sounds like. dont like taking no for an answer and if you hang up they call you back again and again!
I contacted these people by email asking them to refund the £99 + that I had inadvertently paid them and enclosing my phone bills with the relevant items highlighted as advised by the Phone pay authority. They said that within 2 weeks they would send me a text containing a reference number which I could take to my nearest Post office to receive a refund. The reference number would only be valid for 30 days. Obviously I am no longer using the problem number and no way am I going to give them my new one. The
