Boiler shield contacted my 84 year old mum. They said her policy had expired and needed renewal. Said the renewal was overdue and would give her ?50 off if she paid immediately. My mum s flat only has electricity so they are obtaining money through criminal tactics. They took her credit cards details and debited her account with ?199.99.
