called me about 6 times on Good Friday, nothing over the weekend, then started again today. Haven't answered, have directed all calls straight to voicemail now, in the hope they get the message and stop bothering me, no idea what/who/why they are calling or trying to sell.

I just had a very incoherent and staggered (short) call from a woman claiming that I had been in a car accident, to which I replied that that would be difficult since I didn't own a car. She said "ok" and hung up... very strange...
If you get a call from this number (there are a few for this company) then your new letting agent or estate agent has passed on your details! They are selling broadband for new homes. Your letting/estate agent will get a commission if you sign up. The prices are competitive but the finer details of the contract are not good! High instalment costs and longneck contracts.
