I didn't call back as there's a scam now where if you call back certain numbers it shows up on your bill as you've called them back and it's listed as anything from 1 to 12 hours. This bill is about 300 quid so if it's genuine they can leave a message as far as I'm concerned

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers - PPI, or life insurance business).
