This number belongs to a covert organization called capital protection services they are bounty hunters and money collectors, they target investment fraudsters on behalf of wealthy clients, their field agents are ex special forces.

Assumed scam, automatic message called to say unusual activity on bank card, didn't state who’s card or which bank, press 1 to approve etc....just hang up, your proper bank will call you or you can call them
It's a marketing company, End of story!
anyone who hangs up when you answer should not be trusted...like this toe rag whoever they are.

Safe, rang me about a telephone fault
SCAM - nuisance calls from India looking like they're coming from Leeds. TPS can't stop them so all you can do is block them. Called well before 8am so you just know it's going to be a scam call.
