This was an extended PPI caller who wouldn't take "no thank you" for an answer. I didn't want to be rude and just hang up, but will do next time!

Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
