SCAM 0208 1443312 called - claiming to be from Virgin Media - telling me that someone was accessing my wifi without authorisation. I asked how did she know they weren't authorised...I work in IT and could spot it a mile away. If you aren't tech savvy, hang up - ring Virgin Media yourself (if you are a customer of course) They would attempt to gain remote access given the opportunity and ransomware your files. Do not allow people to remote control your PC with any executable files from the internet!
