They are not exactly a debt collection company. They are a credit card company who follow up on missed payments or over-limit balances etc. So they do have a valid reason to call. However, even when you have spoken to them and agreed a payment/arrangement they call ENDLESSLY day and night on mobile and landline numbers and if you don t answer they keep cycling numbers. Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.
