Supposedly from my bank - it wasn’t
SCAM Says he's from O2 and offers 30% discount. I said I would check with O2 and he assures me he is from there. Sounds like he is from Nigeria, I didnt ask him about my £1,000,000 he promised me via email.
Just got a call from a so-called O2 representative with a clear Asian accent. They asked me to confirm my billing amount. As a precaution, I ended the call and decided to report this as a potential scam. Stay vigilant, folks!
Lady (Indian region accent) said she was from O2 offering 20% discount on current bill. SCAM answered a call and it stated in an automated American accent, that there was some problem between me and HMRC and that i have been fined. I was instructed to press a number to get through to HMRC to pay the fine. I quickly hung up. Fraud
