SCAM Phishing call saying that my Amazon prime was about to be renewed. Amazon will NOT call you to renew Prime membership.

scam caller, same person called "alex" called twice now a week or so apart. First time claiming that they have installed loft insulation and they wanted to confirm that we were happy. They called again to offer "advice" on energy efficiency. Even though I said NO several times they continued reading from their script or it was a recorded message.
