This was an automated message saying I had a large transaction to Amazon and a larger transaction to an international money transfere. This shows as a local number for me. Ive no doubt its a scam and dint progress the call

SCAM / SPAM Claiming to be Vodafone chasing up failed payment. Number is not even on Vodafone network (EE).
This company ring you and tell you that you have had an accident in your car which is your fault. When you ask for the registration of the vehicle that is in question they do not tell you but do advise you that details have been gained from the National Accident Traffic centre and when you ask for further information they are rude and hang up. When you return the call the number is not obtainable, BE AWARE

Missed call: I don't often do it, but I called this number back. Automated switchboard announced itself as "I Love My Offers" (Google it for further information— in short, it's some kind of competitions site). Blocked.
