RTA Scam. They are breaking the law by cold calling numbers on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service). I think the best way to hit them where it hurts (if you have the time) is to keep the on the line as long as possible, keeping them thinking you are/might be interested, without giving out personal (or real) details.
