Called but didnt leave a message !
This is a scam, pretending to be Amazon fraud service. They said that someone had my I.P. address and had made a purchase of an iPhone on my account. They sent me a PIN code to verify they were Amazon. They finally tried to get me to download a remote access App, which of course I refused and said I would be contacting Amazon and the U.K. Police. It is a very sophisticated scam, please do not cooperate.
I was called at least 3 times last Tuesday and again I was called at least three times yesterday on each occassion the caller hung up when I answered. I answered the call today to a telemarketer from NPower. I found the calls I have told the caller my number is to be removed from their call register and I do not wish to recieve further calls from them. These calls are tantamount to harrassment. If I wish to purcase goods or services I will approach the provider myself You can guarantee NPower will not be on

SCAM recorded message claims HMRC fraud investigation is opened in your name... press 1 to speak to agent etc... hang up and add the number to your scam / ignore list

this number called me today asking about my outgoing mail, told them i didn t send any. Seemed to put a stop to the conversation rather rapidly. I detest being cold called. This company will never to business from a cold call. I have better things to do with my time than chat about my outgoing mail usage.
Asked if I d had an accident. Told them twice I don t own a car. They hung up on me.
