Automated call Female voice stating that the BT internet and landline would be cut off due to suspicious activity, unless we dialled 1. Very scary for my elderly mother. Nasty thing to do. This happened 3 times in about 5 hours, also from another no. 01363381442.

Automated call. Computerised voice saying it was a call about my brother who works in Wakefield (he doesn’t). Interestingly one of the options for me to press was ‘3’ to block the call. Why, if it was genuine? It would have been easy to do this but I didn’t believe it and pressed the ‘block’ button on my ‘phone.

Called me numerous times. On the fifth call I asked him to remove me and he told me a I needed a night out to which I responded by laughing him off the call. Something about claiming an accident that I ve never had - real classy company! How about getting a proper career?
