An Asian sounding caller said he was from The ministry of justice in Regent Street London - when I said this sounded rubbish he swore at me. I put the phone down- he phoned again and was very sexually aggressive. Very frightening

SCAM. Initial silence then a voice saying that like most people in the last 10 to 20 years I probably had fibreglass loft insulation on a government scheme and now had damp and mould. He wanted to arrange a loft survey. I said I had no loft insulation and could check my own loft but he carried on. When I asked, he said he worked for “...the Insulation Advisory Line in Reading.” When I queried who had asked them to undertake a survey the call ended. It may have been pre-recorded queries/answers. SCAM

Called today. When i asked for name to be confirmed due to a strong accent the lady suddenly changed her name to Kate Brown. Very forceful to try to confirm my name. She used an old name so I said it wasn’t me. I said don’t call again and she said she would call again.
Missed call
they ask lots of invasive questions, avoid clearly stating what the purpose of the call is. Say they are only asking 3 questions and ask far more. Ultimately they want you to donate to a dog charity and then ..........ask if you want home security. Don't bother answering and if you do - lie.
